The Piquepoul Blanc variety, an emblem of the Languedoc region, has been grown along the banks of the Étang de Thau since Antiquity. A late variety, at home in a dry climate, it takes advantage of the moisture of the late season to finish its maturation. The Picpoul de Pinet appellation offers a wine with maritime flavours - dry, mineral and iodine with citrus and flowery notes obtained thanks to the 50-year-old vines.
