Made from 25 year old Chardonnay vineyard, the grapes are handpicked and whole bunched pressed before fermentation and aging in 300L French oak barrels for 12 months. Only 270 bottles were produced. This wine is rich and creamy with hints of roasted hazelnuts on the nose. Full bodied with a butterscotch palate and a long lingering finish.
