This is a dry and fruity rose is from the Rhone Valley in France. Its is made from principally Cinsault grapes, which are complemented by Syrah and Grenache.
Fresh and delicate, with floral aromas, fresh raspberry and strawberry fruit and a hint of caramel. On the palate the wine is refreshing and structured with excellent minerality on the finish.
Great with salmon or locally caught trout and watercress.
