‘I am loving this wine at the moment! It’s such an easy, uncomplicated light red. It is 100% Cinsault which is grown on slopes near the ocean so you can tell the grapes have been exposed to those cooling sea breezes which define those stereoptypical characteristics. Such as, bright fresh cherry on the nose, followed by cranberry freshness and texture with taut acidity and fantastic length. Two huge benefits of this wine and why I love it, is that it’s only 11.5abv so if you prefer lower levels of alcohol in a red this is one to go for. You can also chill this wine, not for too long, at most 45 minutes. In the summer weather, if I don’t fancy white or rosé but fancy something chilled- this is my choice. It is a perfect accompaniment to a charcuterie board whilst sat in the garden in the sun’
