‘This is the ultimate Sunday roast chicken wine! Pale gold in colour with aromas of ripe apricot, yellow melon and a touch of almond. It is a blend of Viognier, Grenache blanc - for me the Viognier really does the talking in this wine, giving it robust stone fruit flavours & structure. It is a weighty style white that is very moreish-definitely a food wine!
As you may of guessed it is my go-to for Sunday lunch, it does go well with traditional roast chicken there’s no doubt about it but you could pair it with meaty white fish dishes such as smoked haddock. For £15.95 it really does over-deliver and you want to savour every sip!’
