A bright yellow gold hue and seductive scents of blossom and cinnamon spice. A remarkable melange of pears, peach, honey toffee, cream and vanilla (from a short spell of oak ageing) on the palate. Beautifully balanced with ripeness, acidity, length and real structure. A very classy Chardonnay.

Oak Valley ‘Fountain of Youth’ Sauvignon Blanc expresses fruit aromas of blackcurrant, granadilla and ripe melons. Flavours of tropical fruit persist on the palate, particularly papaya, litchi and gooseberries. A lovely long finish compliments the dense palate

2* Finca Antigua Petit Verdot Crianza 2018, Spain

Characteristic aromas of blackberry, coriander and lilac mingle with pine bark and wet leaves. The palate has real life and presence, as well as particularly elegant balance for this grape variety.

2* Feudo Maccari Neré Nero d'Avola 2020, Sicily, Italy

Aromas of fresh, ripe black fruits with morello cherry, plum and tarry notes. The palate is fruit-forward with more wild cherry and damson notes combining with warm, spicy characters. Ripe and well-integrated tannins and fresh acidity give plenty of structure too. Approachable, but with depth and complexity.

2* Amauta Absoluto Malbec 2021, Cafayete, Argentina

Attractive and intense ruby red colour with a perfumed nose of violet and fresh red berry fruits - strawberry, raspberry and cherry. There are gentle spice and fresh herb notes with a real purity of fruit on the palate topped off by soft tannins and a juicy finish.

1* Masia d`Or Mo Organic Brut Nature Cava NV (Organic), Catalunya, Spain

Pale straw in colour with elegant persistent bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white and bright pale yellow fruit with subtle notes of citrus. The palate is silky and fresh with minimum acidity.

1* Domaine de Grange Neuve Monbazillac 2019, SW France

A fabulous, sweet and luscious wine, the nose is fresh with classic botrytis marmalade and ripe nectarine. The flavours on the palate are richer and nicely honeyed with a finishing twist of bitter orange. It has a great backbone of fine acidity leading to a pleasingly clean finish.
